Tumbling Fundamentals

Cheerleaders will learn the basics of tumbling from cartwheel to walkovers and work up to higher level tumbling. There are many options for weekly classes.

MATS Program

Our MATS (Mid-America Tumbling Society) program is a multi-level competitive tumbling team that performs pre-choregraphed routines. Practice is held weekly.
